Refund policy
DebStella will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from us.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Hair care items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Hair care items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow DebStella 5 - 7 business days from the day we received the returned package to process.
DebStella will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
