DebStella accepts returns of unworn clothing items that still have the original tags attached and are in clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return Process
To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, with the return package shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the request to qualify for a full refund. The return window begins on the day tracking shows the order has been delivered. If your order was delivered in multiple packages, the return window will begin from the date and time of the final package delivery.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip. Unopened merchandise (excluding skincare and hair care items) can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless the issue was caused by DebStella.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your returned package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Face Masks
- Beauty Products
- Open-Pack Wholesale Orders
Exclusions
Please note that skincare and hair care items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons. Kindly make your selections carefully.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
